How to Generate extra row based on condition

Hello All,

How i an generate extra row in the data based on condition. Purely dynamic way.

For example : If i have Jan and Feb. month data and then i have April month data but on final report i want say i have Jan to April data with March row count is zero. this only one but will have many other condition as well.

Can anyone help on this ?

You request is too generic to understand which conditions you will have for the creation of the additional row. As @binu_acs wrote you can use generate rows tool, which will be one of the ways how to do it. However as your post is not in details it is hard to pin point what you are really after.
