One of my data sources will be a pivoted table of data with three column headers and several row headers. Previously, I used Microsoft Power Query to move all the row headers to column headers so I could apply various formulas to change the data before re-pivoting it. Which Alteryx tool allows me to do the 'depivot' part of that?
