How to 2 and/or 3 items from a cell

Hello, 

i need some help to pick up 2nd item from this cell below. please note this cell information will be change frequently so i can't use filter tool to select 2nd word.

Expected Output: 

F2

APPLE

You can do that with a Text to Columns Tool but parse the data to rows instead.  Note in yellow, that there is a single space to use as the delimiter:

This will work dynamically regardless of what the word is.  Hope this helps, -Jay
