How do you properly get rid of duplications ? Both fuzzy and non-fuzzy

I have been trying to get rid of duplications in my table by marking one row as "KEEP" and the duplicate row as "DON'T KEEP". I want my workflow to generate this result (Ideal result):

But my workflow generates the "KEEP" and "DON'T KEEP" incorrectly as you can see over here:

I used a multirow function tool to generate these results with the following algorithm:

What can I do to improve this process and also incorporate fuzzy matches?

Hi @Mackenzie_1 , please find the updated workflow. Not sure why you are using multi row tool you can easily accomplish it using cleansing tool. Let me know if it was helpful or if there is any other case you want to cover then I can provide you different flow.
