How do you output a pipe delimited .txt file?

I'm trying to create a pipe delimited text file with .txt ext not csv. I went through the drop-down menu for output file types but I don't see .txt as an option.

Choose .csv as the output option and choose | as the delimiter in the configuration.

Then change the file extension from .csv to .txt by typing it in the filename
