How do i pick the column names from a row 3 in the input excel file

I have column names in row 3 of an excel file which i am going to use as an input file. how do u use row 3 to pick columns in alteryx

I have 2 excel files with 95% same column name. I have to merger both the excels into one file and also add a column which can help me differentiate both post merging. Kindly help

Use the union tool with "Manually Configure Fields"!
