How do I use my student license?

I started on trial, got a student license and thought I switched over as I entered it at some time in the "Getting to know Alteryx" process for me.

It's still on the trial license and I tried to activate my student but it's giving me that.

This process should be automated as soon as I register two licenses the same email, it should probably just use the one with more priority or farther deadline.

How do I activate my student one asap as my trial expires in two days and I need to learn this for work starting July 3?

Also I can't contact support because it says my email is not recognized when I try to submit a case so student licenses must have another portal.

I received the key in an email like

Please put the specific support email here or other contact info.

So the keys can be used for multiple accounts/machines, the fact that the error is saying there are no seats available tells me that it is being used elsewhere, either by yourself or someone else. That key needs to be removed from the other accounts.

This is usually done by someone in the company who is the admin for it, as you are a student I don't know who controls that. I recommend reaching out to whoever provided you with the key, or Alteryx support directly
