How do I update to Alteryx Designer (2021.4)?

Hi All,

In the Announcements section I see that 2021.3 and 2021.4 were released, however, I do not see these available for download (The New Versions tab is greyed out). Any idea why the most recent available for download is 2021.2?

Hi @trevorwightman do you have a dropdown on the right hand corner of the screen below you may need to select another option/account as they are linked to your licences in your organisation and help decide what versions you can download based on if you have any active licences within those accounts.

There is only one email address there (my company only has one license). There is a dropdown but the dropdown is just to logout or look at the profile.

Hi @trevorwightman reach out to your Alteryx account manager regarding the portal. In terms of getting access to 2021.4 if you select the trail you get the latest version of Alteryx.
