How can find the minimum and maximum of date when the status is repeated

Please find below the data that I have with me:

AAA	In progress	1/1/2012
AAA	In progress	2/1/2012
AAA	On hold	3/1/2012
AAA	In progress	4/1/2012
AAA	In progress	5/1/2012
AAA	On hold	6/1/2012
AAA	On hold	7/1/2012

Desired Output:

Name	Status	Start Date	End Date
AAA	In progress	1/1/2012	2/1/2012
AAA	In progress	4/1/2012	5/1/2012
AAA	On hold	3/1/2012	3/1/2012
AAA	On hold	6/1/2012	7/1/2012

Convert field type of Runtime to 'Date' type, then you can have minimum(start) and maximum(end) date by Summarize tool.
