How can I setup automatic download of multiple files within a folder on a ftp2 website?

Hi All,

can someone please help me with this?

I tried to follow this solution and download one file only, but it's not working for me. Do I need some sort of API access instead of just the regular website link?

I got this error in the output section of download tool.

It's hard to tell when there's only one screenshot... do you mind exporting the workflow or even providing more screenshots of your configuration? The community will be better positioned to advise you on this.

Otherwise it's just a guessing game for us.

Hi Caltang, thanks for pointing that out. Here's a couple of more screenshots. I am just trying to understand the initial step to see if I am able to establish connection before look any further. The files I'm trying to download is in a sub folder and in .gz format. on the connection tab I have user name and pw filled, everything else is default just like the sample workflow from the knowledge base shared with my original post. Thank you!
