How can I remove space between the table title and the table?

Question

I am using the reporting tools (table & render) to generate an excel with multiple tables in one sheet. However, it adds a row between the table name and the table. How do I remove this row? Or could I keep it and move the titles down one row? I've attached a screenshot.

You can still output to multiple tabs with layout tool, example attached.

I need to output to multiple tabs so the layout option to group by rows doesn't work for me
