How can I merge the text of next row and then auto-fill for empty row?

I have a set of data like this, with the name of product is divided into 2 rows, while some rows are empty

I want to merge the name into 1 and then fill the empty rows with the correct name

Can someone help me? Thank you so much

I can imagine it is possible to skip one of those multi rows formula but it took me a while to figure it out:
