How can I get my macro output tool to accept varying field schemas

How can I get my macro output tool to accept varying field schemas. I am utilizing a macro to manipulate data from all Excel files within a directory and am receiving "The field schema for the output "Output444" changed between iterations."

Is there a way to prepare the data for output so the output macro does not error out other than creating a separate macro for the dates that are failing?
