How can I disable the "Start here tour guide" popup screen?

Every time I open Alteryx, a popup window "Ready to Start Solving" appears, with options to start a guided tour. How to I turn this off?  

NOTE: In user settings "Show Start Here at startup is NOT checked".

Hi @Peggy 

 

This behaviour appears to be related to licencing.  Check the solution posted by @SophiaF (even if it's not marked as one) on this thread.
