How can I deal with class-imbalance

Hi guys!

I am currently building predictive models for a categorical target variable, but I have a class imbalance in my variable.

I am using three models, and they all have 0% accuracy for cluster 3

I'd appreciate any ideas or resources on how to tackle this.

If you familiar with Python, there is a packages (Scikit-learn) that addresses your issue. You can impute values to overcome class imbalance issues.
