How can I configure SMTP to send external emails with Alteryx?

Thanks for reading my question.

I would like to send emails to external clients, which use domains different from mine, but when trying to send Alteryx it brings me the following message "Failed to send to one or more recipients"

How can I configure SMTP to send emails to different domains?

Thank you!!

@joaoqbc

I see you posted the same thing again. I recommend replying to the original thread to have the information consolidated and not marking it solved if your question was not answered.

The important piece to this is the permissions your IT administrators have put in place on the SMTP services. Even if you input all the correct information, your SMTP may not allow the Alteryx service to send emails at all, or maybe just from a specific email address like "alteryxservice@organization.com". In addition to that, there may be separate controls preventing from automated emails going outside your domain.

These are all conversations to have your your IT team and cannot be fully answered by the Alteryx Community.
