How can I change my Fiscal Month column to their own individual columns

Hi I keep trying to get my months into their own columns but everything i have tried is not working. Here is a example of what I am trying to accomplish. I am trying to keep the months in order from July, August, and so on...

Here is a solution I think will work.

if take month name turns it into a date, then pivots and dynamically renames back to just month name.

Hi!! Thank you so much for your help! I can not seem to get my months back in the specific order I need them in?   I tried adding reordering the tools to no avail.  I am trying to get them in order from July to July if that makes sense?

Here is another idea using arrange tool.
