How can I add Formula with Join tool in this case

I want to see a message in every theme-wise output. If records are offsets, then message will be

Hi @Kinetic_analytics(Great Name) 

Add a formula tool on each output of the join to give the text you want.  Union these and Join back to top stream on ThemeID
