A have the situation on the left and I need transform to the right:

I'm not getting it only with the Cross Tab tool...

@FabioP @You need add the tile tool then select the unique value method for the field person

add a cross tab tool and select Tile_sequence number in the group data and select header as person and pet_name field for the values drop down

Can do it like this:

Essentially you just need a row number to group on in the cross tab. Any questions make sure to ask :)
