How To Get Alteryx Designer (Non-Admin Version) to Run on MacBook Pro?

I'm currently studying the Alteryx Designer platform as I'm embarking a career change. I only have a MacBook Pro right now. I was able to get the 90 day access to Alteryx Designer. I followed all the steps (entered the license key) and downloaded the .exe file. Now I do not have a way of opening the file. I've tried contacting support via phone and email, but to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it? Also, I have. a newer Mac with an M1 Pro chip. So, there's another challenge.

You would need Parallels or similar. There used to be a blog post about it, but not sure where that is.

From what I've heard (never tried it as I wont use a mac), is that 2022.3 seems to be the best version. To get access to that, you will need assistance. Either through Mission Control (support at the top of this page) or through whoever organised the license for you.
