Highlight cell if length[field] <5

Hello, 

 

I would like to highlight (and export at the end as an excel) fields that I have containing less than 5 chars or numbers. 

 

I have 40+ columns and I will be ok with writing formula to each of them if that is the solution. It does not matter if it is a number or letter, if it is less than 5, I want to see it.
