Highest / Lowest Flag when Multiple and No Values Apply

I am preparing a price analysis amongst multiple companies. I want to identify which company offers the lowest and the highest price. I have scenarios where multiple companies offer the same price and in these cases I want both companies to be flagged. I also have companies that do not offer a price at all, in that case I want them to be flagged with a zero.

The workflow I have built is too complex at the moment with various transposes, sums, joins and formula tools. I know that there must be a better/easier solution out there. Your ideas are greatly appreciated.

I think this does what you are looking for.  Summarize tool for the matches, join it back and calculate the matches with a formula tool.
