Help with transposing and rearranging data

Hi everyone, 

I'm having real trouble converting my data into a specific format.  My data includes products, with demand/cost/supply figures across multiple years. I tried to use the transpose function but had very little success. I included a data set with a similar structure below.  Any and all advice is welcome and much appreciated!

You can do this by transposing the data set, separating the year from the header, then holding back the year when cross tabbing back with '+' as the separator.

The Multi-Field tool is set to add parentheses around all fields (including unknown) except for the Product and Year.

In my sample workflow I've only included 2018 & 2019, but it can scale for any number of headers and years.
