Help with multiple row headers

Hi - having trouble transposing this data so I can get the headers into a column of their own.

To something like this with the $ values as well:

I think the attached should help. Note that the update tool needs to have option 6 "First Row Contains Data" checked otherwise it'll throw everything off. I also didn't assume what your headers should be so you'll likely want to adjust that in the last select tool to your preference.
