Help with creating an advance Table

Question

I have attached an excel with a few rows of sample data and a pivot table.

How can I create in Alteryx a table that looks like the one on my attached excel file if I have to show the id of the worker and how many categories belong to that worker if the worker id is repeated in same category, If someone looks at the pivot table you will understand how I want the table to look like
