Help with converting wonky excel columns to proper column names

I have a spreadsheet(sample attached) where the column headers are proving difficult for me to ETL to a standard tabular format I was hoping I could get some help with.

The first 2 rows contain what I want to be 1 header row. The 2nd row from the spreadsheet should be the first part of the new header row and the 2nd row from the spreadsheet should be added to the "new" 1st header row as a suffix.(see screenshot). This is also shown in the "Get to This" sheet in the attached sample spreadsheet
