Help with combining 2 rows which have a UNIQUE IDENTIFIER for FIRST N CHARACTERS

Hi,

Can someone help me with this challenge in combing the two rows that have the same first 11 characters (identifier) in IP Number (Student XYZ matches on IP Number on first 11 characters)? I'm looking to create a single row in the output that gives me Min. Start Date and Max. End Date from the 2 rows. The sum & days will be cumulative. I posted the source table and result table in the excel attachment. Thanks.

@MROGK  take the first 11 characters of the field IP Number and Group by using the Summarize tool will give your result
