Help with Editing Report

Hello Alteryx community,

I have a problem that I am hoping someone could help me out with.

For purposes of relaying the problem, I have created an excel sheet with a hypothetical scenario. "Sheet 1" of the excel file shows each transaction (meals and desserts) for 3 customers within the month of January. However, each record (transaction) does not indicate the customer. In order to identify the customer you would have to look at the section header. This makes it complicated to filter the data by customer since there is no field indicating the customer name. Does anyone know of a possible solution to add the customer's name to each record (similar to what is shown in "Sheet 2")?
