Can anyone help with the attached two DateTime conversion questions? Keep in mind that I'm still limited to using v 10.6 only so any solution will need to work with those features.

See attached. The timezone question though, this one would be harder to do because it's not known what timezone the time shown is currently in. I'm demonstrating an option to 'add' an hour to the current time.
