Help on Filter Function

Hello, attached is a sample of some data. The description and server name are coming from two different excel files and I am trying to pull out the server names within the description files. However, in my real dataset there are 46 unique server names and over 90,000 descriptions. Does anyone know how to filter out the specific "server names" from the descriptions?

You can use the Find and Replace tool in a workflow, then filter out all of the null values with a filter tool.
