[Help] How to text to columns by indent

Hi Alteryx Experts,

 

I would like to see your advice on splitting the first row and second row in the same cell (kind of text to columns by indent) like the below.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

can you try using \n as a delimiter? It looks like this is a new line or carriage return you are referring to. If so, this should take care of it.

Simply use Text to Column Tool

  1. use \n i.e new line as a delimiters
  2. set no. of coloumns to 2 for now (as we know the data)
  3. Output can be seen in the as New1 and New2
