Handle Cell with Truncated characters

I'm pulling in emails stored in a database and the body of the email is truncated once imported into Alteryx.  What is the best way to work around this?

I've im currently using the text to columns tool (using "\n" as my delimiter), but would like to avoid having an extra 10 columns.

You can expand the field length in the input tool.
