1. The screen shot is my data set
2. The column "schedule 1 type" is a IIF formula IIF(IsEmpty([Stage 1 DataLens Trade ID matched]),IIF(IsEmpty([Stage 2
Business mapping]),[Stage 3 Assumption based],[Stage 2 Business mapping]),[Stage 1 DataLens Trade ID matched])
3. In column "stage" I want a formula which brings out which column did the "schedule 1 type" come from was it stage 1, stage 2 or stage 3.
In excel I had to do this manually. Is there a way in Alteryx to build this "stage" column in?

@Barclaysusercds one way of doing this. You can update the stage1 value according to your requirement

Hi - Thanks for helping. The header comes down but not the correct one when I run it. I can see it working in your workflow. Am I doing something wrong?

@Barclaysusercds, seems to work fine for me, could you please share your data file if possible so that we can take a look? Did you try other methods are you getting the same issues when using those methods?
Thanks!

How is your transpose set up? Do you just have the Stage 1 ticked in the top list and everything else in the other?

Yes I copied the filters. It's just bringing the wrong header.
