I am trying to learn how to use cross tab and transpose tool. is there anyone here can help me with the attached file. I am trying to show column header from V to BX(state name)  vertically. Can I do it using cross tab and transpose tool?

The best way to learn how to use CrossTab and Transpose is to open the examples when you click on the tools in the transform tool palette and work through.

Then also play around with them using your own data.

In this case, the Transpose tool will do what you want. Select everything except for the state fields as key columns.
