I wasn't able to effectively translate this message on my end, but I believe it may be mentioning something about the file not being found?
This error will appear if the "AlteryxConnect32.exe" isn't found in the bin\bin32 directory where Alteryx Designer is installed. By default, this would be:
C:\Program Files\Alteryx\bin\bin32\AlteryxConnect32.exe
We've seen this file recently quarantined or removed by some antivirus products, which will cause this error. Can you check in your antivirus product to see if this file was quarantined or deleted, and if so, you should work with your IT team to whitelist the file and either replace the file from the quarantine or re-install the product.

After changing the anti-virus product settings, the problem was solved.
am having this issue also
but the .EXE file is where it is supposed to be.
