Grouping & Subtotal

Hello,

I have the following table with the basic info:

YR      TYPE  AMT1  AMT2  VAR
2015    DP      512     465       47
2015    IP       652      565       87
2019    DP     332      450    (118)
2019    IP       656      599       57
2021    DP     655      700      (45)
2021    IP      899      525      374

I would like the grouping and subtotaling to show as follows:

YR     TYPE   AMT1   AMT2   VAR
2015    DP      512      465       47
2015    IP        652      565      87
          Total   1,164   1,030    134

2019    DP      332       450     (118)
2019    IP        656       599       57
          Total      988    1,049     (61)

2021     DP      655      700      (45)
2021      IP       899      525     374
          Total    1,554   1,225     329

Could somebody please help me understand how to resolve this?  Also, could somebody also help me understand how to copy and paste a table onto here?  I kept getting an html issue and had to copy and paste with manual manipulation of spaces in between values.

Hi @knnwndlm ,

I kept the steps to clean your pasted table even though I think they are already split on your file. The attached workflow gets to your output. I'm sure there are better solutions but at least it's a start.
