Grouping Values but moving non grouped values to newly created columns

I've been tasked with finding a way to group the following columns:

  • [Location Number]
  • [Lease Number]
  • [Current Term Begin]
  • [Current Term End]
  • [Vendor]

I need then to order the values by [Location Number] and [Expense End Date] putting them into newly created option columns.  I have no idea how to do this.  Of course ordering them is easy but not sure how to take these values and in order put them into newly created option boxes so it is all on one line.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I even attached the same sample data to make life easier for anyone kind enough to help me with this.  Below is a picture of what I am trying to do.  I'm trying my best to make this make sense.

Basically each order of row is a column right?
