Groupby/Max Crop Data

Hi All,

I have a data set showing the crop stats for 4 yrs. I want to groupby area, item, element and year and do sum on value. Then I want to transpose the year and find the maximum of all four years. I am attaching the screenshot of how my data should look at the end. Also attaching the sample data.
