Group records by 50 and insert , between each number

I have a file of numbers that need to be grouped by 50 with a comma between each number.  Doesn't seem hard but I can't figure it out.  Input tab shows all the numbers and output tab shows how output should look.

You can achieve that using multi-row tool to identify the groups, then use summarize tool to concatenate values in a group
