Group by each Employee Name the values

I have an Excel data with the following rows and columns as

Name	Value
EMP	100
TYPE 1	10
EMP	100
TYPE 2	12
EMP	100
TYPE 3	14
EMP	101
TYPE 1	12
EMP	101
TYPE 2	14
EMP	101
TYPE 3	16

and I would like to have my output as

EMP	TYPE 1	TYPE 2	TYPE 3
100	10	12	14
101	12	14	16

Any help is much appreciated.
