Greyed out OK button on SQL Server Database Connection

Hi there

 

I'm trying to connect to a microsoft SQL server using the Input Data tool. I've entered my credentials and successfully tested the connection but the "OK" button appears greyed out for me. Is there a step I am missing?Picture1.png

Hi @aspain think you missing the Connection Name the box at the very top if this is a new connection you will need add new.
