Grand Total of more than 50 Fields

Hi. I want to find the grand total of more than 50 fields at the same time and Append that Grand Total Row Below the actual table and show the numbers. Is there a way to do this ? 

 

I have given the sample Input and the desired output how it should look.

The cross-tab tool allows you to do that by creating a Total Row
