Google Drive Tool Authentication

Hello,

Most of my workflows use the Google Drive inputs and outputs.  The issue I am having is when I send a workflow to another Alteryx user they have to authenticate 10 input/output tools every time we send a new version.

Is there a better way to do this?  Can I set the permissions so that it works for anyone with our Google domain?  Can I do a single login for all 10 Google input-output tools?

I would appreciate any help here!
