This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

The Google Drive Output was working a few weeks ago, but now I seem to be getting these errors. What has changed?

Something on the Google side has changed - I would review the security settings / talk with your IT department about why Google has blocked Alteryx

@akin_sony @alexnajm this is a known defect (GCSE-2449). The issue is on Alteryx's setup of their Google integration. If you connect using client id and secret (custom app) then you can bypass this and still use the tools

@OllieClarke I found that link and began to fill out the process; but requires me to be an admin to complete it.

@apathetichell if having a GCP is having a Google Workspace account? It is one which we unfortunately will have to pay for.

This has messed up a lot of workflows, and would really love Alteryx to fix their Google API integration.

Hi @akin_sony I don’t think you need to pay in order to use the cloud console (although I’m not 100%)

@akin_sony  Went through this a few months back.  Sorry you are experiencing it now.

Unfortunately its not so much a connector issue in so far as a security change by google.  Google just made a change that impacted how any outside service is allowed to authenticate into google which I think broke a lot of stuff everywhere.
