Giving seat to new user

I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to give a seat to a new user.

I revoked a seat - but I can not figure out how to assign it.

Everything I read makes it sound straight forward - but no matter what I click on - I am not finding "assign user"

Now - here's the other thing - I don't know if I am supposed to be seeing 2 accounts under my name.  I share the account ID with the only other active user - then I have ANOTHER account.  Both seem to have me as ADMINISTRATOR - but do not give me the option to invite the new user. 

I see that I have 3 seats - and 2 of them are taken - but I cant figure out how to assign the 3rd.

So.....what am i doing wrong?  It should not be this hard.

Have you given them the license key and have they tried to activate it?

No - cause I didn't know that was a thing.  Everything I read said to log in as an admin - and pick "assign seat"

This sounds like you are suggesting that I give them a license key and tell them to figure it out.

I was looking for something a little bit more prescriptive.

But - if that's what I have to do....I guess that will have to work.

I would say they need to download Alteryx regardless, so it's just going through the same process but them needing to put in the key themselves. should only be 1-2 extra steps for them
