Getting the Week Number of the Date In the Year

Dear Experts 

Anybody can help me on how to get the week no of the current year (date), Please note that when the current year-end we need to start the new year by week no (1), thank you in advance. 

e.g.:

Date                                             Week no

2015-01-08                                         2

2015-01-16                                         3

2016-01-16                                         3

,...etc

You can use a formula tool to do this:

ToNumber(DATETIMEFORMAT([Date], "%W"))+1
