Getting rid of multiple Quotation Marks

Hi - I am importing a CSV file in Alteryx, with delimited as pipe: |

When I import it in every field it gives quotation marks. I understand that the CSV file consists of names and other text within quotation marks, but it adds more quotation marks. so for example if the field is "Name" it will change it to ""Name"" and same goes in every field, like "John Smith" will change to ""John Smith""

Is there a simpler way to setting that I can use to get rid of the quotation marks? I think I am missing something simple, but not able to figure it out. 

I know there are functions and all other options, but the data is quite large.

You have something configured wrong ---> or the file is weird. This is not standard Alteryx behavior. If you can post a sample of the underlying file (four lines/dummy data) -> that would be helpful.
