Getting "SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK" error in Email Tool

Hi there,

 

I am using Email tool in one of the workflows for emailing the reports, but I am getting "SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK" error after running the workflow.

I have read several posts on Alteryx community regarding this error and founded that "CSR" file is required for SSL certificate generation but I am unable to find the exact steps for this and particularly for Alteryx Designer.

Could you please guide me as what are the steps which are required for CSR file generation and then finally generation and addition of SSL certificate in Alteryx Designer 2020.3 so that the above stated error can be removed?

 

The configuration used in the Email Tool is : "STARTTLS" as Encryption and "587" as Port. I have unchecked the checkbox which says "Use SMTP Authentication".

 

I am having Alteryx Designer and Scheduler License with Alteryx version as "2020.3".

Hello, was wondering if you were able to troubleshoot and fix this issue? I am getting the same error.
