These are my 2 data sets and these are not 100% match if I use the join tool with the Name as unique. It wont match. Can anyone suggest how this be done in any other way?

You would have to use fuzzy match tool. Can you provide smaple data in excel file so i that i can help you out with a workflow.
Please check. I want dummy sheet to be matched with dummy data 2 sheet.
Here is how you can do it. I had to change corporation to crop because even through they were same word difference in chars were far apart.Workflow:

Can you let me know why are we using the find replace tool?
I am using find and replace like a vlookup. I finding the names and adding column group based on the name. Search name and add its associated group to the name. Group is normalized name will be common across both data source.
