Getting Started with Advanced Join Tool?

I cannot seem to get the Advanced Join Tool to function properly.  Attached are the instructions and my steps in following the instructions.

What problem are you having specifically?

After saving the file in the file in my custom Macro Repository I do not see it showing up in the Join category or any other category in the toolbar.

The help page that the instructions references says:

Any macro .yxmc file in the selected location displays in the tool category on the Tool Palette.

However it looks like the file is a .yxwz file.

Solved it!

The file from the gallery is not a .yxmc file and the Engine Works Blog entry link is dead

Crazy that someone has to go through all these steps just to join on a data set!
